Phwaaaaa
THANK GOD FOR THE SUN TODAY!!!!!!! Aaaaah it was so lovely. Me, my mom, my older sister, and my little brother went on a walk downtown to Aunties Book Store. It was lovely. the sun was shining and riverfront park was just gorgeous. the river was beautiful. Unfortunately I completely forgot to bring my camera. :P It was a wonderful walk. We walked in to the book store and was welcomed by the wonderful smell of new and used books. Cc was very happy. ;) And I got a book! It's called The Boggart by Susan Cooper. It's VERY good. :) One of my favorites.
speeeeaking of books! I've been reading quite a lot lately. thats probably one of the reasons why I haven't posted in awhile. I got around to reading Eragon! ( I did it kathryn! lol) ... I laughed through the the first few chapters... I'm sorry... It's terribly written! But it was written by a 15 year old, so what do you expect, you know? But I tried to look past the bad writing and just focus on the story. and I got through it. I found that the characters were VERY underdeveloped to the point where I didn't care at all when Brom died. Eragon was a whiny complainer. he would throw hissy fits ALL THE TIME. It got pretty annoying. It wasn't a bad story though. if someone took the plot and rewrote the whole thing, it would be a pretty good book and might even make it to my favorites list. But I was unimpressed. I must confess that I enjoyed it enough that I might pick up the next book in a few months. But I'm really not in a hurry. :)
I've also been reading a lot of historical fiction. thats been a lot of fun. I found a author that I like a lot. her name is Elisa Carbone. I just love the way she writes. I just read a book by her called "Stealing Freedom" About a little slave girl who escapes through the Underground railroad. It was very good. :)
I get to see CYT's Cinderella! I'm soooo excited! I might be auditioning for a show next month. Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. :) I loooove that show. the music is amazing. :) I'm pretty excited. I really hope I can do it. and if I can't, there is another show my friends dad is directing. so I might audition for that too. :) So many shows, so little time. hehe.

Where to start..
I'm just going to start writing and see what comes out. :D
Well, I'm back! I haven't written since last year. weird. *sigh* not a lot has happened in the first month of this year. my sisters have been traveling a lot and, as usual, I've been left at home. I've got cabin fever. I haven't done anything fun with my friends since new years. which wasn't that long ago but it feels like forever. Time is going by very slowly. I want to do something exciting. I guess that's kind of my choice tho. I could mope around the house wishing I was doing theater, or hanging out with my friends, or I could find something exciting to do on my own around the house. I think I should start taking walks. but I'm kind of afraid of stalkers ( I HAVE been stalked before. not fun) so I don't know if that's such a good idea. and plus I can't do that most of the time because the weather's been so terrible and gloomy that I don't want to go outside at all. *sigh* I need a attitude adjustment. I have been very very grumpy lately. I need to get out of it. fast. I hate being in bad moods. It's all very frustrating. I want to be happy. I need to learn how to control my mood swings. Karen says it's my choice whether or not I'm in a bad mood. I have the power to pull my self out of it. I can CHOSE to be in a good mood. and I believe her and everything. I just haven't learned how yet. *sigh* I feel like I've written all this before. I probably have. arg. I'm having a lot of nasty teenager feelings right now. but I'm going to ignore them and think of the wonderful things that have happened to me in the past few weeks. I got to go to my cousins house today. I love them. I had a really really good time. we went over because they were having a super bowl party. I'm not really a big fan of football. at all. It kind of freaks me out. I don't really see the point of running in to each other and then running and then getting tackled. it seems like a very silly game. so I didn't end up watching the game. instead I hung out with my cousins in their rooms. and I really enjoyed my self. I haven't had that good of a time with them in awhile. It was very nice. I'm very tired now. :)
On friday I got to go to Mozart's Magic Flute with my daddy. it was fantastic and beautiful. I had a really good time. I love the music in that opera. It's a good show. and it's nice that it's such a silly children's opera. it almost makes no sense at all. very amusing. :P The talent was wonderful. they all had beautiful voices. and it was just really nice to be somewhere with my dad. I don't get to be alone with him very often. :P I had a very good time.

It's about a boy who is page to Captain John Smith. It's a very sweet and exciting book. I have decided I really like historical fiction. XD

My goodness..
Sorry I haven't posted in awhile. I can't say it's because I've been busy. cuz I haven't. Ha. :D. I really don't know why I haven't posted. I guess I just haven't thought of anything to say.
Well, it is now 12 day's till Christmas. I still need to go shopping for everyone. But I still got time. I'm really excited. It's such a peaceful time of year. even with all the getting ready and stuff, it's still very peaceful. It's been a wonderful few weeks.
thanksgiving weekend was simply wonderful. we had a very peaceful thanksgiving and it was just beautiful. it was sooo cool because we went up to my great aunts house who lives an hour north 0f my house, and everything was COVERED in frost and it was just BEAUTIFUL the whole day. I took a ton of pictures. (which I will post sometime soon. ) It was so cool. I've never seen anything like it. it was amazing.
The sunday after thanksgiving was the beginning of advent. my favorite time of year. it's the time when we prepare our hearts for Jesus to come in to. On the first day of advent, we go to mass and then we bring up all the Christmas music and we pretty much listen to it all day. and then before we go to bed we light the first advent candle and we read a bible story (usually the Creation) and then we say the rosary. I love being with the family and praying. my dad also has the best reading voice. It's so warm and comfortable. I love hearing him do the different voices and everything. :) It was lovely.
ooooh I am so tired. Last night I went to the symphony with my friend Lucy. It was beautiful. we had a very good time. I'm pretty sure we were driving the lady next to us nuts tho.. lol we were being goofs and having a good time. We didn't get home till about 11:00 so I didn't get to bed till 11:30. But it was worth it. I also got to see Lucy's sister Mara who is my very very good friend. I miss her so much. she goes to highschool so she doesn't have a lot of time to hang out with me. it's very sad. It was so nice to see her yesterday. tho she seemed a little stressed. But I was expecting that. dumb highschool. :P *sigh*
Oh yeah. IT SNOWED TODAY!!!!! I am sooo happy. I love snow. Even if it's not very much, it's still beautiful. But oh my goodness it's soooo cold. I think we may have to bring in my rabbit so it doesn't turn in to a frozen rabbit. :)
